I reached out to the team at European Auto Care when my AMG needed brakes and the Mercedes dealer could not take my car for two weeks. I have never gone to an independent on any of my Euro cars ever before. I reached out last Thursday and explained I needed brakes on my AMG. Nick told me if I cam in Tuesday morning when they opened he would get it done. Well, I got there Tuesday morning and it was done b y the end of day. no issues, less than Mercedes would have charged me, the brakes and rotors are all OEM and they did what they said. I will most definitely be using them instead of the dealer. Also, I looked in the service bay where they do the work (I always do that) and it was clean, well organized and they leave plenty of room around the cars to work; All good things. thanks for the great service !
