Took excellent care of my vehicle, it runs like new after having been stored for many years.

I usually prefer to go to a dealer to get work done on my BMW. I had an issue with my '13 BMW 550i and the dealer quoted me $4500 for a repair. I was floored. Did some research online and got some quotes from mechanics in the area based on what the dealer told me the issues were (suspension). They all came in lower than the dealer, not too surprisingly. We decided on European Auto Imports because they were slightly the lowest bid and they were close to home. They looked at the car and told me I didn't need to get all that work done. He correctly diagnosed the real problem and saved me, literally, thousands of dollars! I couldn't believe it. He tells it like it is, no nonsense, and is fair and honest. He has earned my trust and future business!

Very pleased with the service we received. Large car repairs are never fun, but when you find a team of mechanics you can trust, it makes all the difference. The team at European Auto Care did what and when they said they would do it. This was our first time to use EAC in Lewisville and I met several other patrons while in and out of their business and many had used them for years. Everyone highly rated them and the trust factor was off the charts.

Bought a BMW about 6 months ago and have had to fix a few issues. This is my 3rd time bringing my car in and have never been let down with customr service nor repairs. Would definitely recommend. They have gone above and beyond expectations.

Very knowledge about my vehicle and the work that needed to be done. Also advised on what may be needed in the future.
