I brought in my 2019 Ford Explorer to get my water pump fixed. The team was helpful and kept me in the loop while we negotiated dealing with my warranty company, which took forever! The repair was done and they got me back on the road. They even helped diagnose my wife’s ac issues!

This is the first time I am using European auto care for my Mercedes. We dropped her off early in the morning, and Edward was extremely friendly and was more than helpful and accommodating getting us squared away. I took a video of my car making the sounds that I was concerned about and he listened to them intently and assured me that everything will be taken care of. I’m also getting a service B, which is general routine for my car. I highly recommend coming to European auto care to see Edward and have him take care of your vehicular child as well. I came for a Appointment at eight And he asked me what’s wrong with it so I told him even light was on and he said was I leaving and I said I didn’t know I had to leave the car and he said this is not a doctor appointment. You have to leave the car very rude.
