I went in for a standard brake fluid change. They were honest about wait time and polite. People who respect your time are rare these days and that really went a long way for me. I also spoke with Edward (I believe) and he was such a kind and honest human being. They were also respectful to the other customers and gave them clear answers while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. You can tell they take their stuff seriously when they treat everyone the same. Really appreciated the whole experience and would highly recommend.

I have had multiple misleading & costly advices at different service centers in and around town. And then a friend of mine recommended European Auto Care, kudos to Edward he was super courteous and respectful the whole time.
