I cannot say enough good things about the team here. When my AC compressor on my 2016 Audi A6 decided to quit in the middle of a Texas summer, I was bracing for a complicated, expensive, and time-consuming nightmare. I was completely wrong. From the moment I called, the service was absolutely phenomenal. They diagnosed the issue (far cheaper than any Audi dealership quoted) and walked me through the entire repair process. The turnaround time was shocking in the best way possible. The AC is not just fixed, it is performing like it was straight from a German factory. If you have an Audi needing work, NEVER CALL THE DEALERSHIP... go here these guys rule!

Been here a few different times over the past year. Prices are better than the dealership. Two things the dealership is better at: communication and taking care of the car. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had to request updates. I’ve only known the car was ready when I called and asked. More concerning the app for my car showed that one of the workers kept the car overnight as gps showed it stayed overnight somewhere that wasn’t the shop. I thought maybe my gps was off and it hadn’t refreshed from a test drive. When I picked it up next day, the car smelled of cigarettes and 3 packs were sitting in the backseat, plus an Amazon package. Supposedly they only did a test drive but it appears it was more than that.

The teams at both locations, Frisco and Lewisville, were great. They were tasked with a difficult electric issue in my vehicle that they were able to pinpoint and fix for a great price. Will definitely be back and highly recommend giving them a shot.

These guys made sure I’d be safe on the road as I was worried about a leak I noticed. Felt cared for, they are honest and professional. 10/10

Don't go anywhere else to get work done on your car. This is the most reliable shop- trustworthy, honest, and fair. I won't take my car anywhere else because they always do amazing work! I've had my fuel pump replaced, oil changed, brakes replaced, and my ac compressor and condenser are being replaced by them. I know I'm in good hands with them. #customer4life
