We brought my daughters 2017 Mini in with a coolant leak. European Auto Imports performed a full pressure test to determine it needed new water pump and thermostat to repair the leak. They also found Auxiliary Fan was not working causing vehicle to run hot. 1 week after picking up the car we noticed coolant was still leaking. European Auto Imports were quick to have the car towed back their shop at no cost to ensure no damage was done to the vehicle by driving without coolant. They did find a missed leak of the oil filter housing which was replaced at no additional cost . This was a very responsible response by the shop to which I will not hesitate bring either of my German autos to them.

Best place I have ever had a car repaired at. Extremely knowledgable and personable, kept us updated on status pf work and was able to diagnose and resolve an issue that 3 other shops could not (2 focus on European cars) They are a great group to work with and rhey have a customer for life..

Richard and his team are great and trustworthy! They work very diligently and are very knowledgeable in what they do. We were quoted 5k for a carbon cleaning at the VW dealership and they were able to do it for way less and got our extended warranty to cover other things as well! We appreciate everything and highly recommend them

I took my Mercedes GLE 43 to the Mercedes dealership after my check engine light came on and was quoted nearly $10,000 for an oil valve control repair. They also pushed me to trade the vehicle in without fixing it, which felt extremely dishonest and frustrating. I then reached out to European Auto Care, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. They were kind, transparent, and told me to bring the car in the same day. After diagnosing the issue, they quoted me $3,800—less than half of what the dealership wanted. They went above and beyond, explained everything clearly, and treated me with respect instead of pressure. I will absolutely be using European Auto Care for all future service and will never take my car back to the Mercedes dealership. Highly recommend!

I have had an oil change scheduled for 2 weeks. I walk in to the place at 12:40 pm for my 1:00 pm appointment. The man behind the counter seems annoyed I’m there when I say I’m here to check into my appointment. He looks at me and says bring it back at 2- we are busy. Seriously?? Beyond rude and horrid customer service. Like how do you conduct business this way and why do you even offer online appointments? Get your act together already. 👎🏼👎🏼

You will not find a better auto repair shop within 100 miles. Javier is not only a brilliant mechanic, but he operates with an uncommon level of hospitality and integrity. We recently purchased a Yukon for my wife, and just two days later a sensor failure caused the cooling fan to run continuously, which ultimately drained the battery. I was unable to be present due to work, so my wife brought the vehicle in herself. Javier and the team took care of her immediately and had the vehicle diagnosed and repaired by the end of the same day. What stood out the most was the professionalism—there was absolutely no high-pressure sales, no taking advantage of the situation, and no added stress for my wife, who was temporarily without transportation. Just honest people helping people when it mattered most. A sincere thank you to the entire team, including Tony 💪😎 for getting us back on the road safely.
