I am new to the Plano/Frisco area and these people took great pride and care in fixing my 1997 BMW 381i. Things broke on the trailer ride from California to Texas and this team fixed them and the car is running and looks like new inside and under the hood. There were parts that needed to be ordered from Germany due to the age of the car so it took a little longer to complete but they kept me informed during the process, got it scheduled and completed when the parts arrived. They are technically knowledgeable, they take great effort in making the proper repairs, they take the necessary time to do it right and they are reasonably priced (good value). I will be back as older cars need repairs and I will recommend them.

Rude rude people. Don't answer the call properly. Had to call several times. Rubbish place. Never going back. Don't get proper answer for what they did on my car 😢

Took my car for engine light. Didn't me a quote even if i asked many times and in the afternoon gave a ridiculous high amount and asked me to keep the car for long weekend. Took my car back and went for some other location for less.

VERY BAD SERVICE. TOOK CAR FOR B SERVICE AND AFTER SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME. I HAD TO PAY AGIAN TO FIX IT. PLEASE AVOID.
