Had starter problem and needed replacement. Was quoted 750$ and issue resolution by next day. Left car on thursday, they said they are busy and will take a look on friday. Friday comes they said ordered part and it will be in on saturday and I can get it on saturday. I call on saturday nobody picks up, Google says they are closed on saturday. Called again on Monday and they still had looked at the car and said that part ordered and will get it on tuesday. I had to call tuesday noon and they agreed to deliver by 6pm tuesday. When I go to pick up I was told the cost now is 928$ instead and they argued that they never quoted 750$ for it. Everytime I called I was put on hold for 10 mins or longer, they are always busy. Anyways thanks for fixing the car, I will return back to my old tech who atleast dont keep me guessing. ***Got a follow up call from the manager and assured to fix the process. May be I will give them another try
