Spoke to a guy there to get a quote on a VW Diesel. They quoted me about $500 more then any other shop and the service advisor told me they’d change the spark plugs while they’re in there... I’d probably recommend y’all hire someone who knows about cars to quote them.

They where outstanding honest and surprisingly cheap. They gave me a huge discount and kept me updated with everything going on. There was nothing sketchy about this place. I highly recommend them to anyone with a bmw!!

Not Happy! Incorrect work, pricing charged and estimates, and indifferent response after follow-up - disappointment after initial good impression after the first visit made after reading the reviews of other customers. As against the oil change charge of Classic BMW, European Auto Charge more and did not change the oil properly. It was for a 2005 Z4 purchased from a private owner. I asked to do a complete inspection and after I paid $125 just for that, there was no proper job except a couple of points for which a wrong (higher estimate) was given. This was the first time I went to a car service workshop other than company dealer as it was very close-by. I don't think it was the right thing to do.
