My 4 yr Old Audi Q7 was waaay out of warranty and making the worst, most embarrassingly LOUD squealing sound (PCV or breather valve, by the way)- these guys were straight forward with the price and got me in the next day. They were on the phone with me throughout the day to give updates too. I couldn't be happier with the service and the PRICE- and to top it off, they are really super nice guys. The owner even stayed late on a Friday to wait for me to pick up my car because my Uber driver was taking forever to get there. I offered to pay over the phone and have him leave the keys and he said he absolutely didn't mind waiting. Great guy to just chat with as well! At over 100k miles, I am certain I will need them again and I won't bother calling anyone else but European Auto Care in Frisco.

I moved here from Arkansas 6 years ago, and never seemed to find a mechanic shop that I could trust. I have always took my car to Arkansas, even towed it there, if I could not drive it. Why because I could not find an honest repair shop here in Texas. So, I had a shop here in Frisco screw me over real bad, with the cost, repairs, and service. I asked around and someone recommended European Auto Care in Frisco. When I explained that I needed someone that I could trust, give me fair pricing, and provide me with the best customer service ever, they said that they would do exactly that. Every time I have an issue, I know without a shadow of a doubt, that they will fix it, do it right, not overcharge me, and make sure that I am taken care of in the best way possible. I would NEVER take my BMW or Mercedes to anyone else because of the quality of service that European auto care provides me. Trust me when I say that, this is not scripted, I was not told what to say. This is how I truly feel. If you need work done, on your car, this is the place for you. They are the best!

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I had my BMW X5 repaired due to an oil leak. It did take 4-5 days for me to get the car back, the oil leak was fixed but the started showing several other symptoms which almost made the car undriveable. Imi the owner was very professional, understood there was an issue to one of his new mechanic, fixed all the issues with no cost to me. I understand mistake happen, but a person that accepts and corrects that mistake is golden. Thank you Imi and team.
