Bought a BMW about 6 months ago and have had to fix a few issues. This is my 3rd time bringing my car in and have never been let down with customr service nor repairs. Would definitely recommend. They have gone above and beyond expectations.

This has been one of the best car repair service experience I have had in a long time. My 2011 BMW 328i was having some major problems and I was told I needed to take it to the BMW Dealership to have repairs done since the repair place I had taken it to did not perform the repairs needed. The Dealership gave me a quote that was extremely, extremely HIGH and I did a little Google searching. I searched car repair for the specific problem with my car and it brought up a Yelp suggestion for car repair and said it could give me a quote for what I needed done. So I entered what the dealership had stated was the main issue with my car and European Auto Imports responded almost immediately with a price and how long it would take them to do this major repair which was less than half of the quote from the dealership. Long story short they repaired my car in 2 days and the total cost was less than half of what the dealership was going to cost.

Great service. Joel explained everything I needed to have done. They even dropped me back off at work which was a plus. The owner was very customer oriented and accommodating. Found a new alternative to the dealership.

A little tucked out of the way so make sure you know where it is. Everyone I dealt with was easy to talk to and very friendly. Definitely kept me informed of both schedule and repair. Had a little bit of an odd request of them and the performed outstanding. I would not hesitate to go back, highly recommend.

This was my 2nd visit to European Auto Imports and Immi and his staff get full marks for their attention to detail and great personal customer service. Their prices are fair but what I love the most about this shop is that they clearly explain and in many cases show you where things need to be repaired. No gimmicks or hassles. European Auto Imports gets my highest recommendation.
