This guys are very very friendly and professional , I'm a very Picky person and i find them cause a friend recomand it and i start like a normal customer few years ago and easly after i saw what job they doing on my baby Mercedes i start to love this guys and now i can say they are more like a friend than a shop cause how i said they know how to talk with the customer and the best they KNOW how to fix your European baby very very carefully on a super reasonable price with more than a half than dealer prices! Had my 2013 Jaguar XF in for a front brake job and a 31K mile service. They were advised prior that the passenger side front wheel had a broken lug nut and they said that they would have to evaluate before committing to remove the broken lug nut. So after some time in the shop I got a call stating that it would be no problem. They absolutely destroyed the wheel in the process, numerous gouges and scratches. Tool oil covered the wheel, no attempt to clean at all. Greasy finger and hand prints all over the exterior paint. And now the front end shakes when the brakes are applied! I wouldn't take a 20 year old Honda to these guys let alone a $ 60k sports car. So I'll have to eat the price of a new wheel and am looking for a shop to a dress the shaking as the owner will not accept responsibility. Don't waste your time or money here.

Fair prices and timely service. Water bottles in the waiting room is nice when I walk to pick up my car.

We brought our Mercedes to him for a second opinion, and he was able to find the correct issue for 1/3 of the cost from other shops. We like to do business with people who are smart and honest.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience any wanted to share. I had a minor issue with my Audi -- I spoke with Imi ahead of time and brought the parts I needed replaced. Took just over an hour; they reset my CEL and I was on my way. He gave me some advice on some things, and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommended shop.

Great auto repair is hard to find, but you will be so happy that you found European Auto Care in Lewisville. Very honest and knowledgeable! Would recommend them highly to anyone needing European automobile repairs. Tony was extremely helpful and kind. He really went the extra mile to help.

Just moved to TX and needed to get my valve cover gasket replaced on my BMW. I knew that no matter where i went, the labor costs was going to be pricey but still did some research in 2 other places before taking my car in 4 service. A female in a mechanic shop or a dealership, you know how that goes. Most are going to try and rip you off. Called and got a quote, pretty reasonable + good reviews + they assured me that I was getting my car back that same day. TONY was A1 (top quality) !! immediately checked my car and showed me where the problem. Very satisfied. Got my baby back that same day and couldn't have asked for more! Blessed! Thank you!

Everyone that works here is quick and helpful, they don't want to beat around the bush. They work effectively! We also appreciated that they didn't rip us off. Definitely recommend!
