They serviced brakes on my Jaguar. Richard is definitely in the right business. I felt very comfortable, you wouldn’t know that it was our first time meeting. Very personable and professional, not many people can pull those attributes together like he did. It’s a 45 minute drive, but it was worth it.

I had to take my mini cooper s bacuase the engine light came up on the dashboard. When I arrived they told me about their diagnosis inspection policy and how much that would a cost. After a few hours I received a call and they explained the issue was just the gasoline cap being now faulty and the cost. The shop could have told me anything to make a profit but they didn’t. I paid for the cap and waisted the diagnosis fee. My positive review is not about the cost but about the effectiveness of the diagnosis amd their honesty of the shop. I will come back with my other cars - They have earned a new customer and I hope this helps others find a reliable place for repairs.

had my 2021 Mercedes-Benz E350 serviced here for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service, I received a "Reduce Engine Oil Level" warning while driving, so I returned to the shop. They checked the vehicle right away, confirmed the engine oil had been slightly overfilled, and corrected it to the proper level. Since then, I've driven the car multiple times, including in Texas temperatures over 100°F, and the warning has not returned. I appreciate that they took the issue seriously, fixed it promptly, and did not argue about the problem. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a shop responds. Based on my experience, they handled the situation professionally, and I would return for future maintenance.

Had an oil change and tire rotation for my 2021 Mercedes E350. The engine oil was slightly overfilled, so I returned. They corrected it promptly without any hassle. I've driven the car several times since, including in 100°F+ Texas heat, and the warning has not returned. I appreciate their honest and professional service.
