European Auto Care truly went above and beyond for us. After multiple shops tried (and failed) to repair our Land Rover, these guys finally got it done right. Tony was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and making sure everything was handled properly. Eddie also provided outstanding service even going the extra mile by giving our daughter a ride back home, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop this trustworthy and dedicated. This is a group of very talented and honest hard-working people. I have a mini Cooper that requires far more than a generalist mechanics knowledge. From diagnostics to repair they were accommodating, knowledgeable, and timely with getting everything done. To top it off when I picked it up, my car was spotless. I cannot say enough fantastic things about this place. They are so professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Asked shop to replace upper arm panel and tensioner/serpentine belt. They quoted me way too high of a price and tried to charge me $336 for a $60-$80 part, totaling $700+ dollars with labor included. When I asked why it was that much, the price of the part was moved to $80, and labor increased to $550+, totaling $818. The entire phone call felt sketchy. After realizing I could not trust this shop, I bailed out after 30 minutes. I was charged $178 at the end. No shame to the workers, I get it, I just feel robbed. Thanks

I have trusted European Auto Care with all of my vehicles, from Porsche (2), BMW, to Toyota. Recently, the Toyota was involved in an accident and sustained alot of cosmetic damage and a repairable amount of mechanical damage. Tony and his team worked diligently to repair the mechanical issues and found the parts to replace the cosmetic damage the vehicle sustained and it only took a week! Happy we were able to keep the vehicle and get the repairs done so we can now give it to our daughter as her first car. Give European Auto Care a try, you won't regret it!
