My electric AC Compressor went out on my BMW 530E and European Auto Care provided the highest quality repair possible. the manager, Richard provided a detailed analysis of the repair already if time for everything that was needed and itemized the entire quote for me, line by line. European Auto Care had all the right specialized equipment and certifications to work on my hybrid battery compressor. EAC was the 3rd of 3 quotes I had received, and was 30 - 40% LESS than the next lowest quote i had gotten. (Likely because they took the time on the first phone call to itemize everything from parts and labor right out of the gate) Many thanks to this shop for their help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EUROPEAN AUTO CARE.

This is my first time to visit this bus. Though just for an oil change which was completed quickly. The shop was a little difficult to find but do it once and that wont be an issue again. The shop was clean and organized and the owner was very accommodating. I have a good feeling about this place and I will be returning again.

Took my car in around 9am and was expecting it to be done at the end of the day but to my surprise it was done by 10:30am, they are SO FAST, the best prices I’ve found, and the staff was very friendly!! 10/10 car shop🙌

Called to check how's the wait time for state inspection, person who took the call gave a very demeaning response instead of just saying "it varies". Customer service is dead at this place.
