I brought my 2017 Volvo S60 in for a diagnostic after hearing a burping/vacuum noise near the fuel tank and dealing with a check engine light. I was told this would be a full diagnostic evaluation. What I actually received was a cost estimate for parts and labor (EVAP system + catalytic converter, totaling ~$4,700) with no scan data, test results, or photos showing how they arrived at that conclusion. I asked twice for the actual diagnostic findings — once in person when I picked up the car, and once again in writing — and both times I was given nothing beyond a form saying I declined the recommended repairs. For a $180 diagnostic fee, I expected documentation of what was actually tested, not just a price quote. I ended up taking the car elsewhere for a second opinion. If you're going here for a diagnostic, I'd recommend asking upfront for the scan report and test results in writing before you pay.

Experience was swift and smooth. Richard and staff very friendly and supportive. Expected my car to be worked on for couple days but to my greatest surprise, I got a call to pick up my car the very same day! Thank you guys. I will come again and highly recommend friends and family.

I called about having a front control arm installed on my 2022 BMW 740i and was given an estimate and an appointment quickly. I watched as the work was performed was very comfortable with the skill and knowledge shown in how the work was performed. The work was done in less time than expected. Im extremely satisfied. I would recommend easily.

These mechanics and the customer service person were excellent! No more Audi dealerships and I will be a permanent customer for oil changes and any other repairs. This team serviced my 2029 Audi Q8 to replace an AC evaporator and the comprehensive work which included removing the front windshield, the steering wheel and the entire front dashboard was truly professional!!
