What I actually received was a cost estimate for parts and labor (EVAP system + catalytic converter, totaling ~$4,700) with no scan data, test results, or photos showing how they arrived at that conclusion. I asked twice for the actual diagnostic findings — once in person when I picked up the car, and once again in writing — and both times I was given nothing beyond a form saying I declined the recommended repairs. For a $180 diagnostic fee, I expected documentation of what was actually tested, not just a price quote. I ended up taking the car elsewhere for a second opinion. If you're going here for a diagnostic, I'd recommend asking upfront for the scan report and test results in writing before you pay.
