had my 2021 Mercedes-Benz E350 serviced here for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service, I received a "Reduce Engine Oil Level" warning while driving, so I returned to the shop. They checked the vehicle right away, confirmed the engine oil had been slightly overfilled, and corrected it to the proper level. Since then, I've driven the car multiple times, including in Texas temperatures over 100°F, and the warning has not returned. I appreciate that they took the issue seriously, fixed it promptly, and did not argue about the problem. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a shop responds. Based on my experience, they handled the situation professionally, and I would return for future maintenance.

Javier and his staff are excellent! They did a full stage 2 clutch kit install on My Hyundai Veloster Turbo. I dropped off my vehicle Thursday morning they ordered the parts and did the work over the weekend and I had my car back to me Monday evening. The car is shifting smooth again.
