The quality of service, the dedication to making sure the work was completed properly, the commitment to meeting the the committed completion date were outstanding! And yes, the price charged for all the above, was more than fair. There isnt a shop around that can this one..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ed is the BEST! Customer service from a New Yorker usually doesn’t go hand in hand. I know this because I’m from New York! However, Ed made sure that my experience was top notch! Finding a trustworthy car shop is a very difficult thing to do. After dealing with Land Rover Frisco, European Auto is where I bring ALL of my family’s vehicles. They serviced brakes on my Jaguar. Richard is definitely in the right business. I felt very comfortable, you wouldn’t know that it was our first time meeting. Very personable and professional, not many people can pull those attributes together like he did. It’s a 45 minute drive, but it was worth it.

Michael, Richard truly goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and professional experience. Knowing your trust in him made the drive worth it puts a smile on our faces! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I had to take my mini cooper s bacuase the engine light came up on the dashboard. When I arrived they told me about their diagnosis inspection policy and how much that would a cost. After a few hours I received a call and they explained the issue was just the gasoline cap being now faulty and the cost. The shop could have told me anything to make a profit but they didn’t. I paid for the cap and waisted the diagnosis fee. My positive review is not about the cost but about the effectiveness of the diagnosis amd their honesty of the shop. I will come back with my other cars - They have earned a new customer and I hope this helps others find a reliable place for repairs.
