⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about European Auto Care in Frisco! My wife wnd I own a 2017 Mercedes GLS 550, and back in January I had a very unusual issue. My kids had opened several 1-liter water bottles that I had left in the back seat, and the water ended up leaking into the battery compartment. My wife, who normally drives the vehicle, had no idea what had happened and only noticed that the check engine light came on and the SUV wasn't driving properly. She eventually had to pull over, and by pure luck, a passerby recommended European Auto Care. That recommendation turned out to be a blessing. From the moment we brought the car in, I was impressed. The shop was filled with high-end European vehicles—Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, and more—which immediately gave me confidence that these guys knew what they were doing. Their team quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my GLS back on the road within just a few days. Fast forward about six months, I had another completely unrelated issue with the vehicle. Once again, I brought it to European Auto Care, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem seamlessly. Their consistency and expertise are what keep me coming back. If you own a German vehicle and need an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable mechanic, I highly recommend European Auto Care in Frisco. Be sure to ask for Eddie/Edward, the manager—he goes above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Five stars all the way!

I only went here because they service my company’s shuttle van for many years and I knew they would be reliable. Ed took great care of me and also threw in an added service free of charge when I had questions about the pricing or whether or not I needed a full break replacement. It wasn’t what I was asking for but, I appreciated the extended complimentary service. Now I can I drive with peace of mind.

Fantastic experience! I came to Frisco for a day from Houston and my check engine light came on in my Porsche so I found this place and when arrived I was told they are busy however, after explaining my visit to Frisco they put me in for a quick diagnostic check and said it would have to be left due to work it required would take a few days. I explained that I had to be back in Houston next day and assured me that I can make it home which I appreciated the honesty and experience they showed me. I plan on moving to the area and this will be my go to for all repairs and maintenance because they are genuine and honest which is difficult to find these days. I took my car in Saturday night. They looked at it and had it repaired Monday. I can’t complain. Great service and they were quick! Great place and will be my go to place for repairs.
