I went in for a standard brake fluid change. They were honest about wait time and polite. People who respect your time are rare these days and that really went a long way for me. I also spoke with Edward (I believe) and he was such a kind and honest human being. They were also respectful to the other customers and gave them clear answers while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. You can tell they take their stuff seriously when they treat everyone the same. Really appreciated the whole experience and would highly recommend.

Tony and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that my son's car was safe to go back to college I brought it in for one issue. He looked over the entire car and fixed things I didn't know needed to be fixed all because he knew my son had a long drive back to school. I am forever grateful. My mechanics for life. I had a really good experience with European Auto Care. I get my BMW & Cayenne serviced here in Frisco. I have had multiple misleading & costly advices at different service centers in and around town. And then a friend of mine recommended European Auto Care, kudos to Edward he was super courteous and respectful the whole time. He’s very straightforward and honest about pricing timeline and what actually needs to be done, which I appreciated. He responds quickly and explains everything in detail so you know exactly what’s going on. Definitely someone you can trust with your car. Thank you Edward!!!

Great experience with them. They did standard maintenance service and oil change on my 2024 Land Rover Defender 110 V8. Saved me an arm and a leg compared to going to the dealer!
