The service here was Top Notch and the pricing was fair being someone who's always had a foreign car and have been stuck with going to the dealerships this has been a refreshment to know I can get the same quality Care for a way better price!!! European Auto did the same quality work as Porsche dealership I usually take my car for maintenance. The major upside and why I"ll be back is theyre quicker than Porsche and about 75% less money! Edward took care of checking me in and out and was super personable, Edward made me feel comfortable, which made me feel even better about leaving my car with them. They will be doing my repair and maintenance from now on.

It is rare to find an auto repair shop that has really awesome customer service and are straight shooters. European Auto Care is one of those shops. I brought my car in for a warranty repair through CarMax and they got me back in my 2019 Ford Explorer. The only challenge was getting the warranty folks to come out to verify the water pump issue. I liked them so much I will brought my wife’s car in for them to service.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They ordered the part same day and didn’t try to oversell me. The service technician came out at pickup to talk about my car and possible future concerns to look out for, and discuss different models should I want to trade it in. Will definitely be using them for all future repairs.
