EAC is a professional, customer focused shop that I trusted from afar, I never stepped foot in the shop. That said, I would highly recommend them and Richard because the service, communication and professionalism were off the charts good. Richard explained everything in their pre purchase inspection (PPI) process before he saw the vehicle. He gave me valuable feedback on the car from the moment he saw it until the PPI was complete. I asked him to do additional work in real time during a FaceTime call and he quickly completed my requests. I spoke to other potential PPI inspectors and Richard was by far the best. I am glad I had European Auto look at the car. They did find an oil leak on what appeared to be a very clean car. I cannot highly recommend European Auto enough, especially considering the final cost which was well below my price expectations. Ask for 5 STAR Richard, I guaranteed you will be satisfied.
