I came across European Auto by accident due to its location. I had recently taken my vehicle to a car repair shop very near to European Auto. I paid over 3k dollars at the previous auto repair shop and the vehicle still was not fixed properly. The even told me they could not guarantee their work AFTER they completed the work. At this point I was angry. As I left that dealership I dove out the back way and notice European Auto. I decided to give it a try after a few days. I met Joel personally and became pretty comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I left my vehicle with Joel after Joel explained to me what he needed to do. Joel gave me a price point and stuck to it. He communicated with me during the time my vehicle was in the shop. Ultimately once the work was complete I was very pleased that the vehicle was repaired exactly as promised. I highly recommend European Auto.

I was looking for a new mechanic for my Audi as taking it to my old mechanic in Minnesota was out of the question. I figured lets start small and went for a oil change. Do a great job and you have me for life. Mess it up and I'm gone as my car is my baby. Prices were the same as everyone else I contacted but what sold me was he recommended that I rotate the tires after he went ahead and did them for free. That's right no charge. That simple little courtesy just won me for life and also got him my wife's Lexus. Brooklyn all I can say is fantastic job

Great auto repair is hard to find, but you will be so happy that you found European Auto Care in Lewisville. Very honest and knowledgeable! Would recommend them highly to anyone needing European automobile repairs. Tony was extremely helpful and kind. He really went the extra mile to help.

Just moved to TX and needed to get my valve cover gasket replaced on my BMW. I knew that no matter where i went, the labor costs was going to be pricey but still did some research in 2 other places before taking my car in 4 service. A female in a mechanic shop or a dealership, you know how that goes. Most are going to try and rip you off. Called and got a quote, pretty reasonable + good reviews + they assured me that I was getting my car back that same day. TONY was A1 (top quality) !! immediately checked my car and showed me where the problem. Very satisfied. Got my baby back that same day and couldn't have asked for more! Blessed! Thank you!
