If I could give no ratings I would. I had an A/C issue where my car was reading an error code "A/C off due to high engine temp" I was told on the phone that it was the thermostat sticking out and the valve cover gasket thing was leaking onto it so I needed to get both parts replaced to prevent THIS issue from happening again and he also recommended an A/C recharge. So I paid for all 3 services. And the manager assured me it was fixed and wouldn't happen again because I asked before I left. A few weeks later, I'm having the same A/C issue so I went back. Another man looked at my car and told me it was the thermostat. I said well I thought the man who fixed my car did replace that part. But turns out he didn't. He replaced the temp sensor which I told him I had already replaced when I brought my car the first time. So, I was told that it would be another $360 to replace a part I was told was going to be replaced initially but never was. I asked well why wouldn't this be included in my warranty fix? I came to get an A/C issue fixed, I already paid THIS amount of money to fix what you said would fix it and it did not. And now you want me to pay another $360 for a part you were supposed to replace anyway. The MANAGER got rude and said well I'm not arguing back and forth. I'm also not paying for you to get your car fixed and I've been doing this for 13 years and so on. He then said well you pay 180 and I'll pay 180. And told me to come back tomorrow morning because now they're "booked up". I called the next morning(Thursday) and asked for a good time to come and he said they're line was "out the door" with customers and I need to come in Monday. But I decided to not give this place another dime of my money. Because I was completely ripped off and paid THIS amount of money to get an issue fixed that didn't get fixed and I was not about to get ripped off again. And I hate to make this a race thing, but I feel like they did it because I was a black woman who they thought knew little because I'm from a whole nother state. And money was never the issue, it was the service I received. I have never experienced distasteful service from a MANAGER. No paying customer should ever be treated the way he treated me. And I pray that God touches his heart.
