Working with Tony was a great experience, I was needing my oil pan gasket changed and he was able to get it done in a few days just like he said and even buttoned up a few loose things for me. He was honest and transparent throughout the process

If I could give it zero stars I would! I made an appointment to have my oil changed today at 12pm…I get there and some woman says the mechanics are out on lunch. I’m like well I made an appointment at 12, which yal confirmed. Anyways, she apologizes and lets me know my car will be ready @2pm and that she would call. *Has me fill out paperwork* 2pm rolls around, no call….I go to pick my car up 5pm…MY CAR IS STILL SITTING IN THE SAME PLACE! No oil has been changed. The doors are locked. I go into the garage to speak to one of mechanics WORKING on ANOTHER CAR. He says “I’m sorry, we closed early.”….HOW ARE YOU CLOSED EARLY when I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!? The lack of communication at this business is truly TRASH! Professionalism too, because apparently you all aren’t checking the CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS you have either. UPDATE: After speaking with Tony about my experience, he offered to give me a free oil change! Service was quick and an overall better experience the first time going! Thank you all! I really appreciate it. If you’re not satisfied, Tony will make it right!

Imi and his guys do great work. I was visiting all the way from West Virginia visiting family and they got me in and out quickly for my thousand plus mile drive. I had previously taken my Porsche Panamera to a shop in Charlotte, NC that I thought I really trusted and it seems like they may have not been honest. It's hard to find good honest mechanics these days. So when you do, hold on tight and keep them around. My vehicle is now running smoothly anf I'm glad my cousin recommended European Auto Care. Thanks again Imi and staff.

Took my Range Rover for brakes. Everyone was very friendly. They took us on a tour of the garage. Called with updates. Great experience.

Nick and the owner worked with me to change the fluids on my 2015 Z06. I get it not an import but thay had done quality work at reasonable prices on my wife's eclass. As for my Z06 after returning from a long weekend I picked my car up only to discover it had been driven 48 miles and the instrument cluster had been reconfigured and the car had food crumbs all over the passenger car side. Nick new the milage right away and tried to explain it was only driven to test for leaks! Fat chance someone there joy road my car and it had to happen with Nick or someone else in management allowing access to my car...AKA NEVER GOING BACK can't trust the staff...
