The guys here are amazing, I've been taking my 2011 Mercedes here for every issue for the past year or so. Staff is excellent, helpful, and kind. It's hard to find a place that works hard to take care of you and won't rip you off. If you have an imported car like a Mercedes, this is the place to take it to!

Emi was awesome had multiple issues with Volvo AC. Emi was wonderful worked with us on our extended care provider. absolutely wonderful. He and his staff do great work.

So 2 days ago my lexus a/c light started blinking , the battery light came on and it was 95degrees out. I went and had a diagnostics on it and was told everything from replace battery gas cap and alternator. Before I did I searched and found European Imports and gave them a try. The were professional, had a very impressive shop, mechanic was knowledgeable and although it is a little hard to find they got me right in and fixed everything very quickly. I will definitely use them again and hope that anybody who's looking for a shop give them a try. I was amazed and very happy with the price as well as time. Thanks so much guys !!!! I had problem with my accura transmission, he solved it with resonable price. The owner clearly understands the issue and solved it with in a day. Excellent customer service very neat maintenance. I really appreciate

I recently took my SL500 in for quite a bit of work. Tony was professional, courteous, and honest. He walked me through all of the work that needed to be done and explained everything to me. I will always take my car back to EAC anytime it needs work.

Having a German Vehicle you are always skeptical of machanics ( always wanting the best care for your baby ). Im huge on supporting local small business , so after my purchase from the dealer I decided to search around for a place that will properly maintain and look after my baby as much as I do, and I gatta say these guys put my skepticism and worries to rest. Had an issue with my 330i. Imi the new owner was fantastic. Explained what was and wasn't needed in-order to rectify my several issues. Quick to keep me informed with the status of my vehicle and repaired the issues in less then 24hrs. Extremely pleased with the price and the quality of workmanship.
