After my visit with my Bentley it is easy to rate the service as 5 stars. There was great communication and felt very comfortable with the high level of expertise. Fast turn around as well. i would definitely recommend.

Joel is one of the top mechanics in the industry! Excellent customer service and top-notch service!!! I was very pleased with the phenomenal job done on my vehicle and refused to take my car anywhere else. When I heard this shop was moving from Atlanta, I was completely devastated and crushed. Glad they have found a new home.

As a woman, I'm used to be hustled by mechanics.... So my hopes weren't exactly elevated when I came across European Auto Imports. However... On the phone, Brooklyn listened intently and offered an honest opinion about what might have been causing my Audi A5 Quattro to shake when accelerating. No telling me to pay for a full diagnostics, no telling me to come in and we'll drive it and figure it out, none of that. Later the very same day, I show up with my parts and and he allowed me to closely watch him replace everything, and even explained it as he went!! Also, he did a multi point inspection for me on my Audi and my Chrysler 300, for free. His customer service, honesty and trustworthiness are something you pray for in a mechanic. Not once have I felt like I'm being bamboozled into paying for a service I don't need or unnecessary part. Needless to say, Brooklyn is amazing.

Tony and his guys are amazing at this shop. Nick is my personal favorite and they always get me in and out with minimum BS. Both my wife's e350 Mercedes and daughters 335i go to this shop for any and all maintenance and issues that we have. Hell he even fixed my f250 diesal when one of the employees put gas in my truck, Christian brothers wanted 9,345.00 My guy tony and the boys took care of the truck for 875.00 American dollars. Do yourself a favor and find a new car guy. I DID

Brought my car in for window regulators and they tell me my oil pan has a crack. Why are they looking at my oil pan?! Suspicion sets in..month later window is stuck again and ignition coil needs to be replaced. They tell me I need an oil change, so I told them to go ahead and do that and fix the oil pan while they're at it. A week later notice my car is leaking oil..take it back and they tell me it's some other part and not their fault. Funny, I never had an oil leak until now. So it's gonna cost another $160...again I tell them to go ahead and fix it cause I don't want to drive it around with an oil leak. Got it back and they said no more leak, but they weren't gonna charge cause I have been unhappy with the service. The very next day I notice my car is still leaking! Should always follow your suspicion! Lesson learned! FYI my car is a 2010 and only has 37000 miles on it, driven maybe twice a week. No problems until these guys laid their hands on it! UPDATE...took it to dealership and they tell me the oil pan needed to be resealed amongst a couple of other things. About $900 more out of my pocket, because of someone else's negligence! Hmmmm...go figure?!

Normally, I am not one to give a company 5 stars. I believe there's always room for improvement. However, the guys at European Auto Care never failed to disappoint my family and have earned it! They've serviced all of our vehicles from BMW 530 to Honda's for my son and daughter. Always honest, timely and willing to assist your circumstances the best way possible. I highly recommend them as the mechanic for all your vehicles... you will not be disappointed! They've made me a believer that there are solid service providers out there that are worth 5 stars! Keep up the great work guys...Everyone I've ever recommended always gives awesome feedback, which makes me feel great as well. Thanks.

Brought my car here after the dealership claimed I needed a new engine in my Jaguar, at $22,000 in parts, not covered by the extended warranty. It took a while to run down the exact problem, but Tony and the boys didn't give up. It ended up being a set of variable cam gears, that had to be shipped from England, and it WAS covered by warranty. My total out of pocket was less than $200.

August 3-2015 My name Darrell. I was need of some automotive assistance. I didn't know what to do. Had a minor issue regarding the replacement of a fog light on my 2011 Acura TL. Met a loyal customer of European Auto Care. He referred me to see tony. Tony wasn't available. I spoke with his brother Emmi. He quickly addressed my issue. He made a few calls and 30 minutes later I was on my way. Presto. He and the young technician were of great help. Thanks to these guys at European Auto Care. I'm very happy now. Their service was above and beyond. Thank you guys.
