Tony, Nick, and the rest of the staff at European Auto Care are all down to earth, knowledgeable, and customer service centered. I have been going to these guys for over a year for my BMW and they are always fair with their diagnosis, quotes, and explanations. The turnaround for repairs is second to none and their prices are always significantly lower than other shops that service European cars (especially the dealership). Their honesty and desire to serve the customer are the reasons why I will never take my car to another shop!

As an avid BMW enthusiast, it's important that my cars be repaired correctly, with as minimal downtime as possible and at a fair price. They keep their overhead low and pass the savings on to you - just regular and honest people; no fluff and no nonsense. I would recommend EAC to anyone, German car or not, they'll fix anything.

I never write reviews on Yelp, but I always check this site before I try out a new place. I think it helps me distinguish the good customer service providers from the bad. I came across European Auto Care totally by chance on Google's search engine. Im so thankful that I did not check Yelp prior to setting an appointment with this company. I probably would've never booked it, but THANK GOD I DID! I drive a VW Beetle and just like any other European auto owner, I have trouble finding mechanics capable of working on my car. The headlight on my car needed to be replaced, so I called around town inquiring on wait times. Everyone gave me the typical 2 to 3 hour quote on labor hrs (the 2006 Beetle requires a bit more elbow grease to change the headlight than most cars), but not European Auto Care. I called and they told me to swing by, they could have it done in less than an hour. I thought they were crazy but the man was so confident, I decided to try them out. When I arrived, I told the clerk to run any additional services by me first because I was strapped for cash. They were very friendly and treated me like family. I really felt like a valuable customer even though I was not spending much money there. -I always get the cold shoulder and cheap stares when I ask about cost at other auto repair providers. Ultimately, they replaced ALL of my lights in less than 45 minutes ( the Pep Boys took 4+ hours to replace my front right light last time). I WILL be returning for ANY care my car needs in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone else. AWESOME WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope this inspires you to take chance on this company. This experience has taught me that Yelp is a great guide, but there are still GREAT businesses out there that have yet to receive the written reviews they deserve.

This is the only place outside of the dealership that I will bring my car. Dealer quoted me $4000 these guys got me fixed for half of that. They even gave me a loaner at no additional cost to me. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend anyone with car troubles to give these guys a try.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! I brought them my '92 Nissan Twin Turbo Z after visiting 3 other mechanic shops and this was the only place that knew how to work on this car. Now, my idle is perfect, the turbos boost correctly, and the engine has more power than ever! European Auto Care is the only place I will take my cars from now on. Period.

I've known the guys before opening their family owned shop and they are former Mercedes Benz technicians and they use to work for a Mercedes Benz dealership/service . Their philosophy is really simple in fixing your car in terms that they replace only parts that need to be replaced and they're not trying to rip you off like the dealership does sometimes or most of the times . They're proving high quality repairs in timely manner and they're extremely honest , professional and affordable . After your car is inspected they tell you what the issues are and they present you the options . I love going to European Auto Care because I feel like I'm treated with respect and I know that I'm in good hands.Highly recommended . Thank you !
