Tony has been my primary mechanic for over 5 years. I have yet to have a problem or an issue he couldn't resolve. They've kept my 328i running like a champ. I highly recommend good work good people and well beyond knowledgeable.

So this is what it is meant when people say shade tree mechanics. I took my car in 3x and they still never got it right. 1st time spent $800 only to find out the my check engine light was still on. I took it back a 2nd time this time they informed me that what they fixed the first time was not the issue and that there was something else wrong with my car quoting me about $500. I explained that I was very uncomfortable with them proceeding because now there have 2x they didn't quite know what was wrong with my car and I didn't TRUST that after I had spent $1200 (after I had taken it the first time they advised I should get spark plugs and some kind of valve replaced) I alsol told him as a single woman I felt they were taking advantage of me. Tony called me a few weeks later and said that he felt bad my car wasn't fixed and that if I agreed to bring it back for the 3rd time he would fix it FREE of charge. I agreed and took my car back a 3rd time!! I received a call from Tony stating that now there was something different wrong with my car (not the same issues as I was told the 1st and 2nd time) He then got upset with me when I pointed this out and once again told him I was confused as to why I have been told now 3x different issues with my car. He further informed me that the part was $2400 and he would NOT fix it for free. I replied that I never asked him to fix it for free he offered. I just wanted to be sure what ever was being fixed was the correct thing because I had already spent $1200. He then became irate with me and started yelling at me. He also said that he would give me the initial $800 back because money didn't mean a thing to him. I agreed that it would be acceptable knowing well that he was not going to honor that. I went to pick up my car and of course Tony was not there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IF TONY IS THE OWNER.

I had these guys working on my cars almost ever since they opened the shop in Lewisville. My first car was Audi S4, then my VW Passat, M3 E36 and my wife’s’ BMW 328. I feel bad that I never got around to write a review, especially since I was always happy with their service. It will take too long to describe my all experiences there but I can attest to their professionalism, good work and super friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable (I think that is important considering that none of us is happy to go see a mechanic), they are professional and have reasonable prices.
