I came in to have my 2011 335i looked at and they did an outstanding job! The owner actually stays here and works with his guys and they are all extremely friendly. Some may get discouraged by the prices they charge for work but that’s the price that has to be payed for owning a European car! All in all my experience with them was the best I’ve had with any shop! 100% recommended to anyone from the Frisco/ Dallas area.

When it come to solving cars and the headaches they can be. Tony is the person to see, the staff are great and continues to keep my Audi running like the first day I got it. Expertise and quality service does not come cheap. at European you will both get both for the right price.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT WHEN I DO ITS WORTH IT. SAVE TIME, MONEY and TRULY HONES I have been going to MERCEDES BENZ dealerships for A and B service for my E350 but the experience is not the same what I got from TONY ( owner) and his team members.( will be going back again) Service: I was in and out in less than 2 hours for a B7, VERY HONEST and friendly. Just make sure when you call, when they can take your car in. Price: Not dealer prices. He will work with you BUT dont HAGGLE just because its not a dealership. Tony and his staff members were very friendly, polite and accomodative. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent shop! Although I had a previous bad experience at the BMW dealership, I was still a bit hesitant about taking my car to another repair shop. However, after evaluating the reviews, I finally decided to bring it to European Auto Care and I was amazed with the customer service. I talked to Joel and Imi, they were great! They managed to have most of the service and parts covered by my extended warranty, the mechanics are very good, the prices are competitive and I’m very satisfied with the service.

Great shop! If you have a foreign car come here as they are way cheaper than the dealership and will give you a warranty. The customer service is great and they will get your car fixed fast.
