Called and booked appointment, dropped off BMW shortly thereafter, and picked up with no hassles 45 min later. The guys at European Auto Care also identified another issue I had been wondering about for a while (and hadn't discussed with them). They were professional and I had a good experience. Would go back!

First time at European Auto Care. Tony went above and beyond. I mentioned I was hungry and wanted something to eat. He offered to drive me. He wasn't being creepy but is such a gentleman. He finished my Mercedes 10K check up at 70% less cost than what my dealer quoted. Also, they finished my car earlier than promised. I do not live close but will bring all our cars to European Auto Care.

Ian was able to get my car in on the same day I called and diagnosed the problem over the phone. Car was ready the next day.

Great service! Will recommend it no anyone. I took my car for a repair and Imi and Joel were honest and reasonable for everything my car needed. I will trust no one but them for the care of my vehicles.
