I am so glad I found these guys. They are the real deal. Imi really understands you when you describe the problems and he knows how to correct them. Nick is a mechanical and electrical genius. I brought my car in to change all of the fluids and to repair some behind-the-dash wiring that was screwed up by the last place I took it to. After repairing and fixing those items, Nick wasn't satisfied with the response of the clutch and accelerator. He found broken/ missing $3 parts on both the clutch and accelerator pedals, replaced them on his own initiative, and my 23 year old M Roadster now runs and feels like a new car. The last place also wanted $1,700 to replace my entire A/C system. I asked Imi to just do a diagnosis of the system. Nick performed an A/C System Service for $203, replaced the A/C switch on the dash, and now my A/C works for the first time in 10 years. Thank you so much guys. I couldn't be more pleased as to the service on my Mercedes S550. These guys know their stuff. The hydraulic pump system for my Active Body Control failed and needed to be replaced. Great job and less than the dealer!!

I went to two MB dealers and the last one told me they wanted $1,500 to 'troubleshoot' the problem with my E350 engine and then we would know how much more it might cost. Ridiculous! I then went to European Auto Care....these guys are awesome!! Not only did they promptly diagnose the issue, they quoted me the repair cost, which was extremely fair, and did the work promptly and it completely resolved my issues. My car now runs like it is factory new again. It's a real find to know that these guys are MASTER MECHANICS at their craft. I waited a few months to file this recommendation so that I can truly report that the results seem to be good for the long term.
