I am new to Dallas and had no experience with Range Rover service in this town. The Land Rover dealer gave me an estimate for suspension repair at an outrageous price. Reviews for European Auto were good, but for Mercedes and BMW. I took a chance, and what a win! Tyger took such good care of me. The price was half of what the dealer quoted, so I let them do all the additional service work. I highly recommend the shop. I also have a BMW, so they have made me a customer for life.

I don’t like getting scammed. I took my car in because the oil light came on temporarily. It was not time for an oil change. Instead of the them letting me know that it didn’t need to be changed, they changed it charged me anyways. Never again! I don it recommend. I will be going back to the dealership!

I highly recommend this business to anyone who owns a foreign made model car, particularly BMW/Mercedes/Audi. The quality of work is absolutely sound, and their ability to source parts quickly while keeping it affordable is part of the allure here. The owner is a true professional and is yet another reason why I remain loyal to this business.

They do not own up to the issues caused. I am not going back here.
