I brought my 2016 car in for what I thought was replacement of an auxiliary battery, AC check and oil change, but the team did a thorough check and found worn struts and an oil leak and a few other items. The car is older so was glad they identified the problems before the issues became major. The mechanic explained each item when I called to go over the estimate and the risk if not corrected. At checkout, I noticed a duplication in the invoice and again the team was apologetic about the item and removed it immediately.

They got me in and out same day. Their pricing is great. Will be going to them for future services on my Mercedes-Benz.

Brought in my 2015 Audi Q5 for a coolant flush. However, turns out it just needed a top off. I spoke with Tony regarding the service life of the vehicle. I had known the Q5 was leaking oil, but he quickly identified the source. We also went over common issues with this model after 100k miles and he recommended I bring it in for a diagnostic scan. Its always relieving to speak to an honest shop that will guide you on making the right decisions for your vehicle instead of selling you everything under the sun. I will update this post after the diagnostic scan.
