I took my vehicle here and might I say, smh! Brought it in for one thing that cost $2800, got it back doing the same thing I brought it in for. Took it back and they tell me it could be this. So I let them look at it again spend $1000 on something else. Got my car back WORST than I gave it to them. Take it back and they named a piece that has nothing to do with the problem (they didn't know I too work on my own car sometimes, this problem was just to big). I tell them hey look again because that has nothing to do with the problem. They come back with a $6k problem now lol I can’t make this up. I said yano give me my car back because y’all playing with me at this point. I get a call before I go to get my car back and they tell me “hey I just saved you a lot of money. This piece was just disconnected so we put it together, I could just charged you for the ($6k) part/labor and that wouldn’t have fixed the problem because it was just disconnected, you should give me a good review since I save you money” meanwhile my engine light still on and my car isn’t still messed up with the original issue lol I also over heard the front desk guy on the phone with a lady whos engine locked up on her after she got her car back and he said “if it locked up from something we did we will take care of it. now we all know the reason her car locked up they’re going to say it wasn’t their fault. Smh lol why can’t companies genuinely fix the problem or say hey man we can’t fix that so we don’t want to waste your time and money.

So I called in on New Years day because I had a emergency situation and I did look online to see who was open today since a lot of businesses open on New years. The guy answers the phone and proceeded to be rude because how dare I call him today. Well if you are not open simply don't answer the phone or explain that you are closed but they would be happy to help me when they do open. Don't know how they operate as a mechanic but I get the chance to find out with that unneccesary attitude.

Managed to retrieve a valued object from an inaccessible space under the Q5 driver seat within a couple of hours and couple hundred dollars. Great job! Would have likely cost me 3x at dealer.
