Don't get lured by ratings, avoid if you have an option. Do your research, call the dealer and compare rates. They exploit your trust. At the end of the day, they are just a business. They don't have a concept of customer retention or gaining customer trust. It's going to hurt their business in a long run. I would avoid this, there are multiple options in Frisco.

Love this place, I take all my cars there to be serviced and repaired. Owner is awesome and has been great to talk with. They have helped me many times and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars.

We had a great experience with European Auto Care! Took our car in and within an hour, had a detailed report of things that needed repair. Was able to approve items that we needed repaired via text and the car was ready the same day! Very professional, reasonable priced and great service. Definitely will be using them again.
