Scheduled a DSG transmission service and it completed on time. Friendly staff/owner, able to talk about needing some upcoming maintenance and caught an unknown problem for me while under the lift.

I called at 2:30 to see if they could fit my car in before closing, and they did. The staff was very professional and took care of business rapidly. The building is a little unprepossessing, but once you walk inside it is immaculate. The work bays were full of very expensive cars that were being worked on in clean conditions. I actually was impressed by my first time visit, and believe I saved about 30% over the dealership. I will be using their services again to keep my Mercedes going strong.
