930am appointment. Checked in, only to be taken after another client came. Was told I needed to okay the work being done and they said they would send me a text to spprove the work. Never got it despite 8 phone calls that went unanswered, but put you on hold. After 8 minutes of last call that went to canned music, I hung up and went back to the shop only to be told they were having computer problems and couldn't start work on my car. An oil change!!!. This the first time I have resorted to posting a negative review, but this place deserves it. They may be great when they finally get to work on your car but common customer courtesy and follow up is not at this shop.

Fast service, car was done quicker than expected. They stayed past closing time to make sure they can receive my car from the tow company.

The entire experience was 5-stars! Christian and team did an amazing job with my 750i and took time to explain the details of the work done and future work to consider. Great job guys!

First Time Customer: I brought my 2017 Audi S5 in for an oil change. Called on July 3rd Toni scheduled me for the morning after the holiday! Quick and Easy :) Thanks to Will for the excellent service. He was polite, professional and changed the oil for me while I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting room. As long as we have a EuroCar we will bring it here for service.

Took my jaguar 2014 and they were patient and explained everything on what needs to be done and how much it would cost, they did a perfect service, and on time, would highly recommend them

I came in 5 min before 6 the guys took me in for my check engine light told me what was wrong they have good sense of humor and are real kind highly recommend stopping by!!!!
