Went to them on 5/03/23. I was having my Volvo serviced for an oil change. Had my appointment set up with their promo code. Spoke with the owner prior to my arrival to make sure everything was okay. Once I arrived the owner was not there and everyone within the shop was telling me it was too late of an appointment to get things done because they didn’t have the oil filter (I gave them a weeks notice). Once the oil was finally done, they didn’t provide me with promo price and couldn’t reset my oil light because the owner wasn’t in office to do it for me. I reached out to the owner via email for a reimbursement that never happened. Yes all of this bugged me, but the icing on the cake was when I went to change my oil recently, to see my locking oil filter was completely stripped. I reached out via my bank for a claim and European Auto still denied any form of reimbursement. We all have bad days, but not trying to fix things when mistakes are made is why I wouldn’t trust them with your car.

If you have a foreign car and not looking to get taken advantage by your dealership, then make this your repair shop. I have encountered amazing service all the way around, not to mention a very knowledgeable and informed technician team. You can trust they will make you think twice about ever going back to the dealership. The repair pricing is super reasonable for the level of care quality and skill that they deliver.

I have had 3 or 4 amazing encounters with 2 different vehicles. The quality of work is superior with a very knowledgeable team, not to mention very responsible pricing. I would go as far as to say if your looking for a foreign repair shop that’s going to ensure you are taken care all the way around you have definitely found your shop.

Patron this dealer the first time. The job was for an oil and filter change. Worked was done on time, and front desk personnel was friendly and efficient.

I have been taking my foreign vehicles to Imi for about 5 years now and I will continue to do so! The Team here is fabulous! They always show me what is wrong and what is old and tell me why they are replacing it. I do all my service here instead of at the Dealership because of the amazing service and fantastic pricing!
