Great customer service

I took my X4 to European the first time to have my brakes checked and changed. They sent me the estimate for what’s needed and the prices all via text. This made it simple to approve and move forward with repairs. The VIN indicated it required a different rotor. It was received the next morning. The car was ready the next day before lunch.
