This is my first time to visit this bus. Though just for an oil change which was completed quickly. The shop was a little difficult to find but do it once and that wont be an issue again. The shop was clean and organized and the owner was very accommodating. I have a good feeling about this place and I will be returning again.

Took my car in around 9am and was expecting it to be done at the end of the day but to my surprise it was done by 10:30am, they are SO FAST, the best prices I’ve found, and the staff was very friendly!! 10/10 car shop🙌

Called to check how's the wait time for state inspection, person who took the call gave a very demeaning response instead of just saying "it varies". Customer service is dead at this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about European Auto Care in Frisco! My wife wnd I own a 2017 Mercedes GLS 550, and back in January I had a very unusual issue. My kids had opened several 1-liter water bottles that I had left in the back seat, and the water ended up leaking into the battery compartment. My wife, who normally drives the vehicle, had no idea what had happened and only noticed that the check engine light came on and the SUV wasn't driving properly. She eventually had to pull over, and by pure luck, a passerby recommended European Auto Care. That recommendation turned out to be a blessing. From the moment we brought the car in, I was impressed. The shop was filled with high-end European vehicles—Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, and more—which immediately gave me confidence that these guys knew what they were doing. Their team quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my GLS back on the road within just a few days. Fast forward about six months, I had another completely unrelated issue with the vehicle. Once again, I brought it to European Auto Care, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem seamlessly. Their consistency and expertise are what keep me coming back. If you own a German vehicle and need an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable mechanic, I highly recommend European Auto Care in Frisco. I only went here because they service my company’s shuttle van for many years and I knew they would be reliable. Ed took great care of me and also threw in an added service free of charge when I had questions about the pricing or whether or not I needed a full break replacement. It wasn’t what I was asking for but, I appreciated the extended complimentary service. Now I can I drive with peace of mind.
