Great customer service

I took my X4 to European the first time to have my brakes checked and changed. They sent me the estimate for what’s needed and the prices all via text. This made it simple to approve and move forward with repairs. The VIN indicated it required a different rotor. It was received the next morning. The car was ready the next day before lunch. Thanks to European for great pricing and service. I’ll inform my friends to come see you guys when service is required.

I have been using European Auto Care for the annual service on my wife’s 2016 Mercedes GLE 350 for about 4 years. I make an appointment and wait for it to be completed. Really appreciate Imi's help in diagnosing and fixing an oil a pretty major oil leak on my 2016 Range Rover Sport. I was certainly concerned that this oil leak would cost thousands! Imi diagnosed and let me know that the oil leak was not a major problem. They were able to fix the issue in a day and I was back on the road for just under $600. no doubt they could have up-charged me or advised that I needed to repair much more but they were honest and address only my issue. Very much appreciated their honesty and quick service to fix my problem. Greg

Great service! had to take my Range Rover for repair as I could hear some noise when the car was in reverse. I spoke to Imi, and he promised to get back to me the same day. He called me at the end of the day and told me that the problem was really minor one and only charged me for the diagnostics. Very honest, transparent and friendly service. If I had taken to any dealer, I am sure I would have spend 1000s.
