I required extensive repairs to my Porsche Panamera, some of them requiring computerized diagnostics. Imi, the owner, was extremely though in getting to the bottom of the problem and provided an excellent explanation on what needed to be done. The result was restoring my car so that it performed and drove as it would if brand new. I am more than impressed and appreciative of European Auto Cares timely, efficient, personal and professional way that they treat their customers. Imi, also provided several, beyond necessary personalized services, at his own expensive to demonstrate his appreciation and dedication. I will never take my car anywhere else. They are the best! I had the opportunity of visiting this location & meeting the owner Imi today. Not only did they service my Mercedes in a timely fashion. Imi is one of the most down to earth people I’ve met since I’ve been in Texas. I’m new to the area and have been looking for a shop that I can trust. Had to change my BMW battery, they did it for good price when compare to others and the service was quick.

Came here with my Fiat Camper imported from Europe. No single other repair shop in Dallas was able and willing to help me with the clutch problem it had. Dennis did a great job after ordering the spare parts from overseas and we are on the road again! Thank you!
