Dropped my car off on Monday, waited until FRIDAY to get a diagnostic. I've worked in the car industry ordering parts, and when they eventually gave me the diagnostic, all the parts were marked up four times over. Tried to charge me $1,000 for a part that costs $100 online. Rip off. Waste of time. Never again.
