I I paid $770 which took for the 125 fee that it was just to check my things like O'Reilly does they fixed it for $770 a week later my check engine light comes back on and they make me pay another $125 for diagnostic because they missed it I thought they were good but they really just money hungry thank you for letting me share because I would have not have if I would have got text on my phone

I have entrusted my 3 cars to European Auto for the last three years and have been very pleased with the service, quality of work, and costs, but a recent experience has truly elevated them to a new and outstanding level! I have an older (2001) car that was having a failure that was difficult to diagnose and correct, including some members of the team. Imi stepped up and took personal charge of the diagnostics, found the problem, and quickly corrected it. It would have been much easier for him to make something up, perhaps even suggest other alternatives to trying to get it fixed, but he took on the responsibility and delivered! His contribution was truly outstanding, his willingness to assist a customer and his commitment to fixing the issue is admirable.
