Direct and efficient. Naturally, I wanted to find an alternative to a dealer and was pleased to find European conveniently near me. I called to see when the best time was to take my car in for some maintenance and Tony told me to come in 10-12. I came in and Tony told me how much was my maintenance up front and called me later to tell me how much the parts I needed cost. I gave the ok and they proceeded. No messing around and down to business. The guys that work here are super cool and answer your questions to the point. The wait was a bit long but understandable as it was a Friday and they were packed. Tuesday-Thursday is the best time to go in. An online appointment is even better. My car is in excellent shape thanks to them!
