Very professional. I drove from Irving to Frisco on a recommendation after two Irving Auto Shops wanted to charge me over $3000.00 to open my Transmission. European Auto Imports was able to fix the real problem "speed sensors" in my rear driver and passenger side tires. Should I say MORE?

Service was fast and although I did not witnessed been done, I trust it was done correctly. The shop was clean and organized. I recommend this place.

I have never felt compelled to write a positive review for a garage ever. But I was so impressed with Joel and his team of technicians that I would be doing him a disservice if I didn’t. I use my VW Passat for work it’s absolutely imperative that it is fully operational. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on and it just would not start. Begging random people for jump starts was not really the way forward. I went to various garages in Frisco including the Dealership before deciding on European Auto Imports. As soon as Joel greeted me I had a good vibe about the place. Joel explained in detail the results of the diagnosis and what repairs where needed and the cost. The actual total cost was half of what the Dealership was asking. The work was carried out the following day and I am totally happy. I feel like I’m driving a new car. European Auto Imports is now my “Go To” garage. It’s nice to find a garage where you feel like you are not being ripped off. Genuine people… Great work ethic. I highly recommend European Auto Imports.

My visit was for a much needed oil change of which I purchased through Groupon. This was easily a much quicker and more cost effective maintenance item than going to a dealership. Now that my BMW is out of warranty I will be visiting Joel and his staff for any and all repairs and maintenance.

Joel and his crew took very good care of me and my BMW. I was searching for a nice and friendly BMW Service center and I came upon his shop through a Groupon. I was extremely impressed with the care they took with my vehicle and their professionalism as well. They use genuine BMW oil and parts. I will continue to travel the distance just to go to his shop. I live 30miles away but well worth the trip.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience any wanted to share. I had a minor issue with my Audi -- I spoke with Imi ahead of time and brought the parts I needed replaced. Took just over an hour; they reset my CEL and I was on my way. He gave me some advice on some things, and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommended shop.
