European Auto Care worked on my wife's previous 2000 - 528i as well as her 2009 - 328i. She was getting a high pitch squeal from the engine compartment while driving near the mall. She panicked and took it to another shop that was close to where she was at the mall. We left the vehicle there for over a week while we were on vacation. The shop said they could not replicate the problem over the week we were gone. Sure enough, the minute she got the vehicle engine hot, the noise came back and she drove it to European Auto Care. Turned out to be a bad valve cover. While they were replacing the valve cover we also replaced the spark plugs, air filter and intake manifold gasket since the engine had to be torn apart anyway. The cost charged was much less than we would have spent at the dealer. This is a family shop run by (3) brothers. They are straight shooters without the typical upsell BS experienced at other shops. You will never hear you need a "brake flush" because the brake fluid is dirty. They have actually taken me to the back and showed me the problem while the car was on the lift. They will only tell you what's wrong and will point out what could be coming next. BMW's are high compression automobiles. Eventually they all leak. Driving a BMW comes with a cost. Save yourself the aggravation and use these guys. Ask for Tony or Emi.

Was in the area visiting family when I broke my Porsche Cayenne. Needed to find someone close and chose European Auto Care. Great decision on my part! Tony, Emi, Dreni (hope I got close to correct spelling) took great care of me and my Cayenne. They took time during the Christmas/New Years rush to source the best parts at the best prices, rather than piece things together just to get the job out the door. Highly recommend them and will be my first call should a need arise.

Cheating experience. I had oil pan gasket leaking issue, said was fixed once, only to take it back in within a year, said was a different issue, spent around two grand together, now only to learn from another service center the gasket issue was never fixed or an intentional screwed up job. I do not recommend them at all. Please be careful. I just gave a 1-star rating to these guys, wish I could give a zero or a NO rating. I learned from a friend that he had similar experience with service work on his BMW

Excellent, affordable, and quick service. I brought my VW in for spark plug replacements, and they were done in less than an hour, much faster than expected. The guys that work here are honest, efficient, and friendly. They don't try to trick you into repairs and services you don't need and they shoot straight with you. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Good friendly Mechanics that do Good work

This guys are very very friendly and professional , I'm a very Picky person and i find them cause a friend recomand it and i start like a normal customer few years ago and easly after i saw what job they doing on my baby Mercedes i start to love this guys and now i can say they are more like a friend than a shop cause how i said they know how to talk with the customer and the best they KNOW how to fix your European baby very very carefully on a super reasonable price with more than a half than dealer prices! European Auto Imports is a true service oriented business. They get you in, the problem is diagnosed, you are given the information and you can go forward with the repairs or try another venue. But I will tell you that you won't get better service even at the BMW Dealership than you will get there. If you need a ride, they will call Uber to get you to your distination and back. Give this business a chance to service your needs.

Had my 2013 Jaguar XF in for a front brake job and a 31K mile service. They were advised prior that the passenger side front wheel had a broken lug nut and they said that they would have to evaluate before committing to remove the broken lug nut. So after some time in the shop I got a call stating that it would be no problem. They absolutely destroyed the wheel in the process, numerous gouges and scratches. Tool oil covered the wheel, no attempt to clean at all. Greasy finger and hand prints all over the exterior paint. And now the front end shakes when the brakes are applied! I wouldn't take a 20 year old Honda to these guys let alone a $ 60k sports car. So I'll have to eat the price of a new wheel and am looking for a shop to a dress the shaking as the owner will not accept responsibility. Don't waste your time or money here.

Fair prices and timely service. Water bottles in the waiting room is nice when I walk to pick up my car.
