I wish I could give 10 stars! The entire team is so focused, so pleasant and so accommodating, your experience starts off right immediately. To the important part: I took my Audi A8 to the Plano dealership and they’re going to charge me over $15,000 for certain work that needed to be done. European came in at $7400. Incredible!. This is not a solo time that I’ve been there, they really are an amazing company which is hard to say in this day and age. Take your vehicle there and you will definitely be satisfied!

This is the only place you should take your BMW and other European cars to be repaired. I own a 2008 BMW X3. I took it to the local BMW dealer after I heard some strange noises. The dealership identified that I needed a new transfer case. The dealership said that it would cost $11,870. However, they did say that they offered customers free chocolate chip cookies in their waiting room and they could provide me with a loaner vehicle. I took the car to European Auto Care in Frisco. They identified the exact same problem as the dealership. However, European Auto Care could repair the car for $5,200. 😳😳😳. Guess who I chose to repair my car… A new transfer case was ordered and installed by European Auto Care. I’ve been driving the car for over a week and it drives like a new car. European Auto Care contacted me after I’d had the car for several days, and they asked me if there were any problems. I appreciated them following up with me. The work they performed is under warranty. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PAY A DEALERSHIP TO REPAIR YOUR CAR WITHOUT FIRST TAKING YOUR CAR TO EUROPEAN AUTO CARE IN FRISCO. I GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON MAJOR REPAIRS.

I brought my 2019 A6 in for a second opinion after the dealership told me I needed to replace the entire cooling system which would cost $8K. I was not sure where to go since I have never had my car serviced anywhere besides the dealership, but after doing some research, I selected European Auto Care of Frisco because they had the best reviews and also specialize in German car repair. I scheduled my appointment online and was able to drop my car off the next day. Within 24 hours they were able to assess that there was no leak and the cooling system was fine. I just needed to replace my transmission pan and drain plugs, which ended up costing me less than $2K. I am so thankful for their honest and thorough diagnosis and would highly recommend European Auto Repair of Frisco!

Don't get lured by ratings, avoid if you have an option. Do your research, call the dealer and compare rates. They exploit your trust. At the end of the day, they are just a business. They don't have a concept of customer retention or gaining customer trust. It's going to hurt their business in a long run. I would avoid this, there are multiple options in Frisco.
