I have taken my Audi Q5 to 3 different shops and this is the only one who was honest and the cost of work was 1/3 of the dealership, and done in same day. I trust these guys after a long search with lesser qualified and less transparent shops. I was so thankful that I took a chance on another shop and tried European Auto. The guys there are good at what they do. I am a single woman and appreciate a shop I can trust. Finally!

After spending over $2k at two other locations and not having the actual root cause issue repaired, I walked into European Auto near my neighborhood expecting to have another expensive and failed repair. I spent less than $400 and the leak was diagnosed and repaired and they provided the support I needed to return to the prior shop to have the real problem (warranty)denied be properly addressed. (The other shop had installed a water pump which was leaking, but denied it was leaking as it was covered under warranty and they did not want to redo the work). European auto verified the leak from water pump while replacing other parts that needed to be addressed. This allowed me to save $2100 for a new water pump by returning to the location to fulfill warranty coverage. (I had evidence!) Additionally, European auto repairs were 2/3 of the cost of two other locations for the work they did. And it took 3 hours where I had to leave my car overnight at other places. This is an outstanding, trustworthy, and affordable service provider. Audi q5

They are awesome, had a Benz with major electrical issues and the price was really good for the amount of work that needed to done.

Would not recommend going here for installing aftermarket parts. Sent in my 335xi to get lowering springs installed, and they just left my sway bars detached. They didn’t even let me know when I picked up the car, what a joke.
