I brought my 2011 Mercedes ML350 to European Auto parts on Saturday. Edward and his crew found the problem with my air conditioning compressor and had it fixed the same day. As a single mom who needs her vehicle the professionalism and quick service were a blessing. Today Monday I had my Power steering, Battery, radiator lights all coming on. I called Edward and told him . I was 10 minutes away. He said bring it right in and they immediately got to work on it. It was a belt had that had broke and bearings were out. Again they saved the day if you want someone that’s honest, professional, and truly cares about you. This is the place to go.. Truly blessed.

I called at 2:30 to see if they could fit my car in before closing, and they did. The staff was very professional and took care of business rapidly. The building is a little unprepossessing, but once you walk inside it is immaculate. The work bays were full of very expensive cars that were being worked on in clean conditions. I actually was impressed by my first time visit, and believe I saved about 30% over the dealership. I will be using their services again to keep my Mercedes going strong.
