I got my Volvo xc60 serviced here, and I was really happy with the everything! The service, treatment and overall customer care was great. Edward made me feel really comfortable, as I usually don’t like coming into auto shops - I was treated fairly and he even offered to drive me to my destination while I waited. They took care of my transmission fluid, oil change, and headlight/back stop light for just over 400. Really happy.

Great experience with this shop! My Benz had water damage causing mechanical issues, and they diagnosed it right away. Edward kept us informed with photos, texts, and clear cost breakdowns throughout the process. The repair was done in a reasonable time and at a very fair price. Edward did an excellent job communicating and keeping us updated. They also pointed out other needed repairs, fixed what was urgent, and were honest about what could wait. Highly recommend!

Edward is such a pleasure to work with. Coolant was leaking from my car and they were able to get me in the same day, identify the root issue and repair it. In addition, I was able to take advantage of the oil change special.

We brought my daughters 2017 Mini in with a coolant leak. European Auto Imports performed a full pressure test to determine it needed new water pump and thermostat to repair the leak. They also found Auxiliary Fan was not working causing vehicle to run hot. 1 week after picking up the car we noticed coolant was still leaking. European Auto Imports were quick to have the car towed back their shop at no cost to ensure no damage was done to the vehicle by driving without coolant. They did find a missed leak of the oil filter housing which was replaced at no additional cost . This was a very responsible response by the shop to which I will not hesitate bring either of my German autos to them.
