Excellent experience! Edward was informative and kept me apprised of the status of my car. Appointment process was simple and my car was taken back early. Impressive, clean garage which gave me confidence in my decision to take my car to European Auto Care. Mechanics seemed to genuinely be working there - great sign! As my Mercedes ages out of its covered warranty, I feel confident they will be there to keep my car running smoothly.

Edward rocks!! First time visit and couldn’t have left happier. He was kind, welcoming and quick to resolve my car issue. I know very little about cars, so when my car alerted me of low engine oil, I quickly googled for the closest bmw auto shop. Edward recommended I take my car back to where I got my oil changed, but since that was a 30 min drive, he immediately helped me and filled my engine oil for no charge at all. Definitely will return for any future car repairs. Thank you!

Absolutely gem of a find. They replaced a knock sensor for $250 that Hendrick VW wanted to charge me $1500 for and that was *if* they could find a VW branded part. Ed and the guys found one immediately and got everything running perfectly. They have my business from now on.

I called for an Oil Change and even though this is a small ticket item they were very nice and got me right in. Great service..!
