Tony, the owner, did an excellent job taking care of my car. He replaced the water pump (covered under warranty) and fixed both the transmission and engine oil leaks quickly and at a very reasonable price. The service was fast, professional, and honest — hard to find these days. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for reliable and fair auto repair!

I have brought my lowered jetta here twice now for two unrelated engine problems, and both times Edward and his team have gotten it fixed up and driving like new. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. I’ll exclusively be bringing my car here for any future issues I experience as I dont trust it with anyone else. Thank you team!!

Since I moved to the area I have been using European Auto as my main shop servicing my Range Rover and Mercedes rather than going to the dealership. Their expertise is comparable to the dealerships so why even go to the dealership?. Edward and all the other staff are very welcoming and will explain to you exactly what you need to fix immediately or what can wait for later so you don’t spend heavily same time. I appreciate you all.

Edward at European Auto Care in Frisco and his team went above and beyond to provide help to me even though I showed up barely thirty minutes before closing time, they provided the service I requested and even helped out with some additional maintenance even though it was 45 minutes past closing time on Saturday. I had several questions about my car and they answered everything, never trying to rush so they could close. The service they provided was excellent and at very reasonable prices, I will take my BMW to them any time I need additional work!

Edward and his team went above and beyond to provide the services I went to European Auto Care in Frisco to receive. They took my car in for service even though they were about to close in thirty minutes. They provided the same service as the dealership with the same diagnostic computers but at a much lower price. They went above and beyond to provide additional maintenance I asked about even though they stayed forty five minutes past the time they were supposed to close. They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I will bring my BMW back to them anytime I need additional maintenance for any issue I encounter. I wasn’t treated like another number like I did when I had previously gone to the BMW dealership. Thank you Edward!
