I had my 2005 3225xi BMW taken in for an oil leak. The issue was not fixed and on top of that they lost two of my skid plates. I called and spoke to Edward multiple times he went from saying we did not lose the skid plates to we will order new ones from BMW. I called him many times about this. Then he said we are not ordering skid plates and we cannot find them. This was the mechanics fault but Edward took it personally and was very defensive. I work full time and have college classes so my dad had to go back and forth. When he arrived and were told no skid plates will be found it was very frustrating. Someone like this should not work in customer service. My dad and I felt very unwelcomed here so we did not push to honor the warranty for the faulty oil leak repair or push the plates. Luckily, one of the Lewisville locations more than fixed the issue and I left a good review.
